Unfortunately there's no FOP in Germany for images taken inside of buildings or churches and this stained glass window was created in 1956. So the image should be deleted as COPYVIO unless someone can provide evidence to the contrary. Adamant1 (talk) 06:53, 25 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: Accd. to [1], the window is not from 1956, but from ca. 1920; the artist is said to be unknown. However, that does not mean we can treat this as an anonymous work under German law, because pre-mid 1995 German works of the bildende Künste, like this one, cannot be anonymous or pseudonymous works because the old German copyright law, still relevant in these cases, said so. See Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Germany#Anonymous and pseudonymous works. We can only keep this file with {{PD-old-assumed}} when it is at least 120 years old. So I've deleted the file; it can be restored in 2041. --Rosenzweig τ 10:30, 1 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
