The website specified as a source, www.pcparsi.com does not contain any statements to the effect that any of the photos posted there are free. On the contrary, most photo pages are marked below as "Copyright 2006-2009 Pcparsi group", see for example http://www.pcparsi.com/عکسهای-امیر-حجوانی-و-هنرمندان-محبوب-ایرانی-21212.html The uploader User:Amir hossein alvandi appears likely to be a sockpuppet of User:Amir.Hossein.7055, see Commons:Administrators' noticeboard/User problems#Cross-wiki sockpuppeteer, whose other socks tried to upload other copyvio images of the same subject in the last few days. Because for File:Debate televisivo Canal 13 CNN (Bachelet).jpg the person who is said that he gave permision actually gave permission and is allowed to give permission. Here we have no permission (but only an copy&pasted and so falsified statement that claims so) and the source given in this false statement is not even the coypright holder. --Martin H.
