Image of en:Carrasco International Airport (Montevideo, Uruguay). Licensed with {{PD-USGov}} as it is sourced with uruguay.usembassy.gov ("posted: March 4, 2008", only as archive available) and described with "Montevideo's new "Aeropuerto Internacional de Carrasco" as it will look upon completion". But: This is an architectural model of the "Construction of the facility designed by Uruguayan architect Rafael Viñoly " as the aiport was inaugurated in 2009. Image already circulating before 03.2008 via (example) skyscrapercity.com. Unlikely {{PD-USGov}} and most likely work of Rafael Viñoly Architects PC. Permission needed.
