Translation of description reads: Hungary: The National Theatre poster for Andrew Oven: Adventures in Harghita c. To add to the drama of the 100th. Director: Francis Flat... not user's own work. At first: The transcription is incorrect. If I'm not so PC I think it is ridiculous. At second: The scanning of this poster is my own work. What do you think, it will be uploaded by the author of that poster even it is public domain? (originally it was a public domain poster). The poster is almost 30 years old and there is no valid copyright on this regarding the Hungarian intellectual property law. I think you use the US law if it would be valid in Hungary, but it is not true. And the usage of the USA law so mechanical is not "de lege ferrenda". As an expert of justice on intellectual property I'm very astonished and I forced to refuse this action regarding any deletion request in this manner. Deleted: I don't know by what theory you believe this 1986 work is now PD -- even if the creator was anonymous (which I doubt), it would under copyright until 2056. Since the creator is probably not anonymous, it will be under copyright until 70 years after the creator died or dies. . Jim . . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 21:33, 10 January 2015 (UTC)
