It appears to be a copyright violation. The link for licensing is only the picture and nowhere does it indicate it is under a compatible license. --WorldTraveller101 T C G E 03:10, 26 August 2013 (UTC)
Hello. I think this politics of licensings are a little bit hard to follow. I uploaded a picture, from an open Web Page (Adelina Dalesio de Viola, Argentine politic). A picture of a person. It would be easier to me, to lie and say that picture had been token directly by me. But not, I said the truth and now the picture is about to be deleted due to "copyright stuff". When phothographs are exposed in public web-pages, and expose a person face, I think the "extremely rudeness" of "copyright" means a non-sense. A possible solution would be to send a message to the source web page (or e-mail the owner) and confirm the operations that way. Big structures of "copyright" for questions as simples as a human face, in my opinion, touches the mental illness. Please I invite you to reconsider this position with people-faces expose in opened public access web pages. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, from Argentina, Victor.

Thanks for the info. I had already seen it. Anyway, I think is a little bit hard, but no problem! Rules are rules, and exist to be respected. Thanks.
