Crop of File:PNVDstyrelse.jpg, which was deleted for not having OTRS permission. Uploader of that file couldn't ask for OTRS permission because OTRS wasn't in use on Wikimedia Commons back then (as I mentioned in the deletion request comments of that file). The original file was uploaded on 8 September 2006. Shouldn't there be a grandfather clause for such old uploads? SpeakFree (talk) 18:27, 4 October 2011 (UTC)
- FYI the page Commons:OTRS was created on 11 September 2006,[1] three days after File:PNVDstyrelse.jpg was uploaded. So it's unreasonable to expect OTRS permission also given that the permission giving party long since ceased to exist. SpeakFree (talk) 22:29, 5 October 2011 (UTC)
Deleted: as long as File:PNVDstyrelse.jpg remains deleted, it would be strange to keep this file Jcb (talk) 15:20, 27 October 2011 (UTC)
