Is this not a derivative type of situation? The uploader has been in all sorts of problems regarding copyright and licensing, and their primary interest has been Raghoji Bhangre & the family thereof. Given that interest, I suspect the purpose of the upload is to show Bhangre, not the artist. There is also an artwork on the chair in the photo, from which the artist appears to be copying.
