"Pictures are free for use in publications and websites" is not an adequate permission. --Chaddy (talk) 14:41, 21 March 2009 (UTC)
- But it goes on to say: There are no copyright restrictions on use, and all we care about are copyright restrictions.
So basically, this image is in the public domain, with only {{Trademark}} restrictions, so keep.–Tryphon☂ 15:12, 21 March 2009 (UTC)- Now that I think of it, it probably means no restrictions on use, but restrictions on everything else (derivative work) So I change my mind to delete. –Tryphon☂ 15:21, 21 March 2009 (UTC)
- Comment Yes, the usage permission is not fully clear. Maybe some native english speaker should e-mail AMD and ask for clearance or even an OTRS permission. If a decision is made to delete this image then there are several more images to delete, especially in the AMD processor sector, as there are some Logos and die-shots uploaded from the same source with the same vague permission. --Denniss (talk) 10:37, 22 March 2009 (UTC)
Deleted. AMD doesn't explicitly allow derivatives and commercial use. –Tryphon☂ 19:26, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
