Sry but as admin by myself I convert this directly to a DR. I would like to hear for what we need a source. This insignia is PD by law directly.--Sanandros (talk) 19:58, 1 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Delete While the description of the CoA (the blazon), according to Lithuanian and most other laws, does not have a copyright, individual realizations of the CoA do have a copyright, see Commons:Coats of arms. Therefore we must determine who actually drew this realization and ensure that it is freely licensed. A source and author are essential for that. .     Jim . . . . I'm sorry but in Lithuania the explicitly include state symbols and not only the text: Copyright shall not apply to official State symbols and insignia (flags, coat-of-arms, anthems, banknote designs, and other State symbols and insignia) the protection of which is regulated by other legal acts. And the symbols itself don't have any Threshold of originality as the sowrd and the bird and the lightings are used many times.--Sanandros (talk) 12:19, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
@Sanandros: add a source, that was the request, so please do it.  — billinghurst sDrewth 08:48, 13 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I just can give the Lithuanian wp as source but the Lithuanian wp deleted the pic. But giving the source still doesn't answer me why we need for a PD pic which is just out of seeing the pic already PD.--Sanandros (talk) 11:25, 13 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I've checked the history of this pic on Lithuanian WP. Unfortunately, no source has been specified. --Homo (talk) 12:17, 13 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Someone just added a source.--Sanandros (talk) 09:52, 16 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

@Sanandros: Can you please give a reference for Copyright shall not apply…? Thank you. --Krd 18:54, 16 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
