Do you have any proof to prove that this picture is unfree? Because as far as I know simply saying "The uploader uploaded some unfree pictures" is not strong enough evidence (mostly because it's circumstantial). Regards. - SuperTank17 (talk) 23:13, 6 August 2010 (UTC)

So? Just because this user uploaded some unfree pictures in the past doesn't automatically make this a copyright violation. It simply means that there's a POSSIBILITY of copyright violation. However such a POSSIBILITY is also present in case of many other pictures uploaded by many other users but that does NOT make them copyright violations.
