Unknown copyright situation. When did the photographer die? Apparently a UK work, so PMA+70 applies. Jcb (talk) 20:56, 11 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Info: Read the description carefuly. According to it, the subject is very likely to be Frederick George Abberline (1843-1929), and the photograph has been taken in 1886 by unknownh author (maybe a Leman Street police station officier) and {{PD-UK-unknown}} may apply. Even, if known photographer, is hadrly that he/she died after 1946 without making some calculations (if the photographer born at least in 1864, and the current life expectancy in the UK is near 80 years, much less in the XIX century). --Amitie 10g (talk) 23:21, 11 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
