The artist was not Ukrainian, but Russian. According to http://www.redavantgarde.com/ru/authors/author-618.html he died in 1945, so this means this work will not be public domain in Russia. User:Zscout370 (Return fire) 18:12, 14 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Author of this work Дейкин Б.Н. had worked during Great Patriotic War in Omsk [1]. So this work will be copyrighted in Russia until 2020 (1945+70+4); moreover it was not in PD on Jan. 1, 1996 and will be copyrighted in USA until 2028 (1932+95). Alex Spade (talk) 21:41, 8 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
