To me it seems doubtful that a 1957 postcard would be the work of the uploader, and even if the uploader were the photographer, the additions to the image may very well mean this is a collaborative work. -mattbuck (Talk) 02:05, 13 January 2009 (UTC)
I AM THE ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPHER, LAYOUT PERSON, AND ART DIRECTOR FOR THIS CAL POSTCARD. CORPORATE RIGHTS TO THIS IMAGE WERE NOT ASSIGNED AFTER DEBTOR-IN-POSSESSION FILINGS, 1991. I HEREBY GRANT PERMISSION FOR WIKIMEDIA TO USE MY PHOTO/CARD.
