It's not exhibitionism. I'm contributing to the Commons for the page Human penis size. Please read the discussion there. I'm not alone to think this page requires photo examples of various penis sizes.
Delete (i) senseless description : My long 8" by 6" (circ) penis, (ii) useless file "name", (iii) Category:Uncircumcised human penis, plenty of better alternatives e.g. like that. --Yikrazuul (talk) 18:26, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
This is not exhibitionism and there are already pictures of penis girth in Wikimedia Commons. Then, why not a picture of penis lengh? The exemple you provided is not a long penis.

Keep Uploader offers a (somewhat) credible explanation of scope (a depiction of a penis of this particular size). Not great photo quality though. To address the meritless arguments above: Commons includes many sexually explicit images, and there is strong support for it to do so. Also, images are judged based on their own merits and not speculation on the motivation of the uploader. Dcoetzee (talk) 05:29, 28 February 2011 (UTC)
