Magnus Manske brought this image to my attention and I asked on COM:VPC#File:4.28.11TimesSquareSignsByLuigiNovi2.jpg - Photos of non-permanent posters from a public place as the main-subject - USA whether there might be an explanation why this image could be kept, but there was no: I can't see any FoP exemption here since it is neither a building nor permanent and certainly not de-minis. Delete agree, advertising work is clearly the focus of the image, not incidental inclusion; cannot be free licensed (without consent of the ad's copyright holder); Commons:Derivative work. -- Infrogmation (talk) 18:35, 7 November 2011 (UTC)
