The file is an image of a flag of a basketball team flown in a indoor stadium.
- Per COM:FOP Taiwan, there are no freedom of panorama indoor in Taiwan.
- COM:TOO Taiwan also stated that the threshold of originality in Taiwan is low, with anything more complex than simple typefaces may be locally copyrightable, which is the case for the logo on the flag.
- Referring to the composition of the file, it is clear that the flag itself is the central part of the file, which falls under the unacceptable COM:DM#7 of Commons De Minimis Policy.
The files are therefore likely to be locally copyrightable, and fails the aforementioned requirements. 廣九直通車 (talk) 09:13, 21 September 2021 (UTC)
