Unfavorable "mugshot-like" photo, out of COM:SCOPE, there are better photos of same person from the same session and others (e.g. this one). This photo is only made for identification in "Wiki Loves Parliaments", not for uploading. A.Savin 11:10, 3 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
