I have learned today (after nomination of one of my images that there is no freedom of panorama in Ukraine. I am creating this one nomination to see if such assumption is correct or if there are other considerations. Thank you. Oleg (talk) 14:41, 27 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

What are the copyrighted elements you are worried about in this image? I think the obvious work of art is commons:de minimis and the buildings might be old or non-original. But I know nothing about copyright law in Ukraine. --LPfi (talk) 10:53, 4 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I am not worried about anything, but trying to clarify the rules. The image has three buildings all of which have authors that have died less than 70 years ago. In fact all of those three buildings are less that 70 years old (1, 2, 3). And a column with a statue was build in 2001. If it's commons:de minimis - great! Let's just clarify such rule in regards to Ukraine and then we can keep it and apply to other similar images as well). Thanks. Oleg (talk) 12:12, 17 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
