=== Contains "Fair-Use" material; This material is suitable and notable and was sent to the Super Underwear Man rights owner (Walworth) who posted the same to Wiki, and is thereby clearly "Fair Use." Walworth claims Fair use in these catagories: Criticism and News Reporting. Walworth insists that he took the picture of the item in question and he also asserts free use on anything contained within the picture. Walworth also asserts that the photograph does not show any entity in a poor light; He only insists that it is news worthy even if it is dated (i.e. from 1996.) It still continues to have a certain value. Receiving a rejection letter is not a negative thing, it is a fact of life.
