Not own work, any reason to be public domain, out of COM:SCOPE; Patrick Rogel (talk) 12:51, 29 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

These pictures were made on behalf and were also owned by my late father Ernst Hilger as part of his quiz show responsibilities ("Alle Neune"). For "Alle Neune" and another show called "Vier gegen Vier" he not created the idea but also owned the copyright until his death. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Martinhilger (talk • contribs)

Deleted, file description says "promotion photo" and I believe that. Promotion photos are usually not selfies, but made by professional photographers. So your father Ernst Hilger was likely owner of photo, but not the author. Without permission from author (if dead, then from heir) we cannot keep the photo in Commons. I'll delete file:1963-Ernst Hilger-Alle Neune Quiz.jpg and file:1963-Ernst Hilger (Quiz moderator) with Norbert Pawlicki (Piano).jpg due to same reason. Taivo (talk) 11:46, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
