@Pokéfan95: The image is from flickr (https://www.flickr.com/photos/63580311@N05/23300050681). Its is marked under Public Domain (the author took the photo himself). This seems like a perfectly legitimate licencing to me. AbrahamSalloum (talk) 20:44, 22 January 2016 (UTC)

@AbrahamSalloum: However, the Public Domain Mark is not a legal tool, so it will not change the copyright status of a work. The Public Domain Mark that I am saying is the circle that have a slashed "C". The author should use CC0 if they want to release their work into the public domain, as CC0 is a legal tool.
