This file was initially tagged by Prodraxis as Logo (help=off): this media is a logo or a derivative work thereof, which are always presumed to be copyrighted unless they are too simple to be copyrightable. Unless licensed under a free license, copyrighted logos are not accepted on Wikimedia Commons. Recreating a logo yourself does not give you the right to license it under a free license, and fair use claims are not allowed on Wikimedia Commons.

However, this image is not an exact reproduction of a logo, but a photo of a logo embossed or printed on a surface as a 2D work. But there is no Freedom of Panorama in the Philippines for commercial photography of works of art permanently affixed or installed in or visible from public places.
