Keep. There are several images by the same photographer here at Commons (see here), which look like may all be from the same place. A Russian speaking user should be able to identify where this is from all the signage. --P 1 9 9 ✉ 16:11, 16 November 2016 (UTC)
- One of the images was taken in Kaliningrad, the others all have unknown locations. A common theme seems to be that those images contain "МАРАФОН" shops, which seems to be a sports betting organization. I'd agree to keep this image, if we'd know the location, otherwise I can't see much use. --Sebari – aka Srittau (talk) 16:43, 16 November 2016 (UTC)
