COM:Derivative work of a copyrighted billboard ad. Copyvio, No freedom of panorama in the Philippines, and COM:OTRS permission from the production company of the graphic artists is a must for this image under commercial licensing to be retained. @Judgefloro: no, the school only owns it physically, but physical possession ≠ holding of copyright. And it's not a statue. It's clear that this is a billboard, and not a statue. Value is not a good reason to infringe the graphic artists' copyright. Though even if it were a statue, it will still fail {{PD-Philippines-artistic work}}. And also, this is a derivative work. You just took a photo of a copyrighted billboard. I know this since I usually traverse the Pulilan Regional Road before, and on several occasions the school would change the billboard every now and then, perhaps during important canonizations and feast days. Also visit the Google Street View, the address at the Pulilan Regional Road junction of Barangay Paltao. The billboard there is different.
