There is no evidence that the artist who painted onto this wall agreed to release his work under a free license, and according to Commons:Freedom_of_panorama#Philippines there is no freedom of panorama in the Philippines. Stopselliese (talk) 23:21, 20 July 2017 (UTC)
- Thanks for your messages and Good evening (hereat in Philippines); Actually, this a polital campaign Advertisments in the Philippines, since the one thereat did run for the Mayors Office and Lost, a former top Councilor; it is a street billboard and during the last elections they are all over the place like the papers and garbage tarpaulins election papers and street signs or paintings at any rate, I have no objection to the deletions, under the sound discretion of Wikimedia for the best, regards and sincerely yours
