- I think this is below COM:TOO. The sign just shows simple Japanese text, nothing creative but the animal-like icons, which are COM:DM. I am not entirely sure though, if this is below the TOO of Japan, but I am sure this is the case in the United States (Commons requires media to be free in the U.S. and the source country). ★ Poké95 11:28, 3 February 2017 (UTC)
- The board cautions people not to do the feeding to wild cats. It is interesting because it politely describes why it is prohibited and lists duties for people who want to do it (Do castration, consider the feeding place, gain neighbor's understanding, look for their forster parent, and...) It just says good manners, but it is neither a simple caution notice nor a common notice plate, and that is, there is originality. Darklanlan (talk) 13:24, 4 February 2017 (UTC)
- Delete I agree with Darklanlan's claim that this text is protected by copyright. The text discusses good practices for happiness of cats, and states that "true love is about not increasing cats who would be abandoned and nowhere to go". Clearly an expression that conveys sentiment in the writer's original wording. --朝彦 | asahiko (talk) 05:33, 8 February 2017 (UTC)
