There is no problem with this copyrighted notification. This is NOT a Creative Commons authorized picture. It is copyrighted, but released for public use under certain conditions. "The copyright holder of this file allows anyone to use it for any purpose, provided that the copyright holder is properly attributed. Redistribution, derivative work, commercial use, and all other use is permitted." I am the copyright holder. I have the right to permit such use. ––Howchou (talk) 00:25, 22 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The issue is "All rights reserved". "All rights" included rights to use it for profit, make derivative work etc. If those are not permitted then this is not a free work and should be deleted. Also watermarks are discouraged anyway. Liangent (talk) 02:48, 22 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please note a free work does not necessarily means it could be used for profit. All CC by-nc (non-commercial) license does not allow any use for profit. Howchou (talk) 02:53, 22 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
