Weak delete If I understand Google Translate correctly, the request indicates that this image is a copyvio of one at the linked tweet, but has undergone some alterations to conceal its origin. While our image does indeed have EXIF data, for some reason the uploader put "Unknown Author", and an unusual source. And if you zoom into the uploaded image at 100%, there is an odd texture-like quality to the image. I wonder if this is a defocused picture of a computer monitor? In any case, I overlayed the uploaded image over the one on Twitter and some of the features line up quite well, including vegetation. I'm not 100% confident in my analysis of course, and wasn't able to get the image to line up from edge to edge, but that could just be distortion from a pic of a computer monitor. What pushed me over the edge is the sheer number of copyvio deletions this uploader has accumulated (including a prior block in 2020 for copyvio uploads, with numerous copyvio deletion notices since then).
