Fae is referring to the text of the template {{Unsplash}}. The photo was published to Unsplash on November 13, 2015. At that time, all photos uploaded to Unsplash were made public domain using the CC0 public domain dedication. Since then, Unsplash has changed their license to one considered incompatible with Wikimedia Commons, but waiving your rights via CC0 is an irrevocable process, so the photo is still usable according to the terms of CC0. clpo13_(talk) 20:25, 30 July 2018 (UTC)
