There is a copyright symbol below in the image Rohalamin (talk) 06:05, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
- Keep The existence of a Copyright symbol is not a reason to delete it.--Parsa 2au (talk) 16:58, 6 May 2022 (UTC)
- Keep There's no any "copyright" actually, Panoramio bot uploaded it under proper license, and watermark fits an author. Nonsensical request. --Orijentolog (talk) 06:50, 11 May 2022 (UTC)
- @Orijentolog
- In the metadata, you can even see the name of the copyright holder. Maybe the uploader didn't know what he is doing! I was reading these two pages and still think that this work should be deleted:
- https://www.findlaw.com/legalblogs/law-and-life/what-do-copyright-trademark-symbols-mean/ Rohalamin (talk) 13:06, 11 May 2022 (UTC)
- Uploader knew what he was doing, because he picked up a license which was transferred here by a bot. Uploader also did the same with hundreds of other photos which are available here on Commons, all under the same license. --Orijentolog (talk) 13:15, 11 May 2022 (UTC)
- Never been in Panoramio but maybe choosing a CC license in the Panoramio is mandatory and the uploader has chosen it carelessly to just upload his photos otherwise, why should he upload an image with a copyright symbol under CC BY-SA 3.0 license? Rohalamin (talk) 18:45, 11 May 2022 (UTC)
- And please do not use words such as "Nonsensical" because it's not polite. Be civil please. Rohalamin (talk) 18:50, 11 May 2022 (UTC)
- Nonsensical means nonsensical in a very civil sense. There are precisely 240 images by Omid Jafarnezhad on Commons, all have the same license, and many have (C) symbol which actually stands for demanding an attribution, as license tag itself says. Your request is based on speculations like "maybe the uploader didn't know what he is doing", "the uploader has chosen it carelessly" and so on. The similar case is with deletion request of map by Nima Farid, an author of 570 transport maps on Commons. For you it's "dubious" but for me it's a nonsense. --Orijentolog (talk) 00:54, 12 May 2022 (UTC)
- "many have (C) symbol" Not all of them? very interesting!
- "nonsense" is more ok than "nonsensical" to me. "Nonsensical means nonsensical" really? a super professional definition! Hat off! Rohalamin (talk) 10:01, 12 May 2022 (UTC)

Kept, I do not call the request nonsensical, but the file is still kept. The file was published under double license, one of them is "All rights reserved" and the other is free license. Double licensing is totally legal and not even very rare. That case reusers can choose any license of the two available. Commons chooses free license and rejects "All rights reserved" license.
