The source website is all rights reserved and the OTRS ticket (2012040810007271) applies to a 300px maximum height or width of "any work posted on http://thebestphotos.ru" (translated) rather than allowing crops of the originals to be at 300px maximum resolution. - Note that this photo could be replaced by this photo, so long as the 700px width were reduced to 300px first, and the same CC-BY-SA licence applies under the OTRS ticket. However the end result might not be realistically useful for an educational purpose, as a further crop to get a photo of just Pochepa without watermarks would be around 150px or less. --Fæ (talk) 06:31, 1 November 2013 (UTC)

- Yes, but it is tiny. I do wonder if alternatives might be around (such as personal photos on Flickr) that would be more useful than a thumbnail sized portrait. --Fæ (talk) 15:27, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
