The file is an image of a Moscow metro train, painted to honor blood donors. However, there is no free FOP for art works per COM:FOP Russia, and without the decorations, the main idea of the image cannot be conveyed. As a result, the file would then be unfree. 廣九直通車 (talk) 08:01, 21 July 2020 (UTC)
Файл представляет собой изображение поезда московского метро, написанное в честь доноров крови. Тем не менее, в Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Russia/ru#Свобода панорамы нет бесплатного FOP для произведений искусства, и без декораций основная идея изображения не может быть передана. В результате файл будет несвободным.

- Delete as a derivative work copyright violation. @Yauza02: the photo may be licensed as such by mos.ru, but they have no right to overwrite artist's copyright by slapping this photo with public domain licensing. While mos.ru may ignore artist's copyright, Commons cannot - see COM:CARES. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 17:37, 10 May 2021 (UTC)
