The authors of the project died after 1951 and NoFoP in Ukraine Kharkivian (talk) 19:21, 16 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The project of Dnipropetrovs`k Soviet House and surrounding area was designed in 1946 (75 years ago) by Soviet State project institute DniproCivilProject. The rights for this project belonged to the state of USSR and its part the Ukranian SSR. According to the Soviet constitution all Soviet land, air, waters, natural world, industry, treasures, architectural objects, artworks etc. belonged to Soviet people and so were in Public domain. Team of architects and engineers of the State project institute did not have any personal or team copyright as authors. They were hired workers of the State organization. Soviet law allowed to have some sort of rights to the artists like writers, poets, composers, sculptors etc. that worked individually without state salaries. The copyrights of architects and engineers were fully released to the state organizations where they worked and to the Public domain of Soviet people. --Taromsky (talk) 00:08, 17 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
