The description mentions the uploader as the author. However, the image itself reads (at the left bottom corner) © Macier Mirczewski. Moreover, the date is stated as 4 February 2014 while the person depicted (pl:Józef Pawłusiewicz) has apparently died in 1979. — Ivan Shmakov (dc) 12:16, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Иван! Фото исключительно моё...Издатель прислал мне его на мою личную почту и разрешил использоать с указанием его издательства, что я и сделал!--Янковский Евгений (talk) 13:34, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

First of all, where exactly is the publisher mentioned? I don’t seem to see any such information on the page.
Also, copyright typically lasts 70 (or more) years from the creator’s death. For this reason, it’s highly beneficial (to say the least) to mention the creator explicitly, so that any interested party could know when the copyright term expires and the work enters the public domain. (Moreover, AIUI, certain jurisdictions require that the creator is given credit irrespective of the current copyright holder.)
Lastly, the {{Own}} template is used to claim that you personally created the entire original image by yourself, which, as you seem to admit, is not the case. Could you please clarify the Summary section of the image’s page to properly reflect the fact that it wasn’t you who have made the photograph?
TIA.
