This file was initially tagged by Biathlon as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: The file is not uploaded by its author, the original image is copyrighted The file is indeed here, and copyrighted to Vladimir Lushnikov (and uploaded by Vladimir Lushnikov as well). OTRS needed. Ymblanter (talk) 13:51, 7 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Some more details on the situation: Vladimir Lushnikov denied that he has an account in the Russian Wikipedia, the account pretending to be him is a sockpuppet (see here ru:Википедия:Проверка участников/VLu). Biathlon (talk) 14:53, 7 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Так его спрашивали о Рувики, а не о Коммонс. И насколько можно доверять его ответу? --Venzz (talk) 17:55, 7 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I'll provide some details. There's an ongoing sockpuppet abuse investigation on ru-wiki, involving Sealle and VLu. Details here and here. CU request is also open on commons here. Lesless (admin and member of arbitration committee on ru-wiki), acting on behalf of ru-wiki community, contacted the person stated as the author of the images in question: "Лушников Владимир Александрович" (Lushnikov Vladimir Aleksandrovitch), using contact information provided on site znanie74.ru. He asked whether this user had account on Wikipedia. The answer was: «I don't have an account» («Аккаунта нет»). If that is believed to be correct (and I have no reason not to), then Vladimir Lushnikov did not upload these images. We have all reasons to believe that there's an identity theft going on. Without explicit permission from real Lushnikov, we can't keep these images. --Grebenkov (talk) 18:05, 7 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Exactly, we need OTRS, and if the permission has not been forthcoming within a week, the image must be deleted.--Ymblanter (talk) 18:20, 7 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: no evidence of permission. --Anatoliy (talk) 19:18, 6 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
