This photo was the property of
Nusinov family. Nusinov Vladimir Isaakovich, who lives in the city of Maalot, Israel, provided me with the photo with the right to own and to distribute. The photo was taken in the early 1930s. Since Nusinov was a statesman, an employee of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Belarus and an open opponent of Stalin, the photo can be considered as a public domain. In addition, the photo is unique. There are practically no photos of I. Nusinov in the Internet. Gragpak1 (talk) 14:22, 28 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Delete per COM:PRP. There is insufficient evidence of place and time of first publication, and for authorship and subsequent transfer of title. At a minimum the process at COM:VRT should be followed if the claim is explicit release by the author's successors in interest. If the claim is a copyright exemption or expiration, the relevant facts (author, date, place) should be provided along with citations to the relevant copyright law provisions under which the claim is made. --Xover (talk) 10:20, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
