•  Keep Why? Iruka13 seems to nominate random Ukrainian files for deletion after being blocked in Ukrainian Wikipedia. There is a category for this monument: Category:Monument to Volodymyr the Great (Kyiv), it clearly says it is a 1853 monument. This should already be enough for {{PD-RusEmpire}}. But it is also categorised by its authors: Category:Vasilii Ivanovich Demuth-Malinowski (died 1846), Category:Peter Clodt von Jürgensburg (died 1867) and Category:Konstantin Thon (died 1881).
