•  Keep In the Hellenic ministry web site there is a link to their account on flickr. ANP-MPA is a press agency, their copyright notice say "ANA-MPA SA. Intellectual rights and copyright are the sole property of the ANA-MPA and are allocated to the Agency's subscribers for specific uses only.". I will say the ministry bought these images and can publish its under this license.

As the flirck account seems to be the official ministry account

As they have the big resolutions with EXIF, if no how can they have its?

As ANA-MPA is a press agency, and it's a part of their job to sell this kind of photo.
