- No, stuff that is not copyrightable cannot be protected, so it is free. We generally consider works lacking certain originality as free. A more or less ordinary house does not hold the copyright of the architect (since that would prevent that any house could be photographed) --PaterMcFly (talk) 11:53, 8 August 2010 (UTC)
