Keep If you suppose that the photo that has about 100 year and the author is unknown is still copyrigted, you should be rigth, evidently... Electron   22:36, 23 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
The photo was shot at the latest in 1916. If the photographer was 20 at that time, he could easily have lived until the 1960s or 1970s. In this case, the photograph would not be in the public domain before the 2030s or 2040s. BrightRaven (talk) 08:03, 24 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, you are absolutely right. That kind of man is what we need here. If you would go this way you shoud easely stay the king in the end of 2050s... Electron   11:39, 24 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Keep It would seem unlikely that the photographer was 20, more likely it would seem more relevant to label with {{Anonymous-EU}} as the photograph is over 100 years old.  — billinghurst sDrewth 13:28, 31 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Delete I see no evidence that anyone has checked whether the photographer ever claimed authorship, which makes this unknown rather than anonymous. Nor do I think it highly likely that the unknown author died before 1945 (my general rule is works of unknown authorship published before the 1860s are probably OK). I have checked and found nothing. Is there any evidence that the author is known? Maybe you know the author - so don't hesitate and produce his/her name, please. Electron   23:03, 18 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment 1/ We started working very young at that time, so it's very likely possible to have a (near) 20 years old photographer. This is impossible to know when he died, this is just speculation and therefore there is a risk, even if it is weak, that he died less than 70 years ago 2/Anonymous and unknown is not the same thing, it is not because the author is unknown for us that the work was published anonymously.
