IT IS my work. i dont know how to prove it, can you show me how can i prove it? uhmm... also, what is "metadata"?
but, maybe, i can prove that it is from Ankara Çimşit graveyard. im gonna try to find some coordinates. gladly, there is some electric lines in that photo. so i can use that. so in that time, please answer, how can i prove that this image is my work? ""Probably not the user's own work."": i gave many proofs. the most original photo(high res.), explanations about where is it from, info about the most original photo and i showed near time and near location created photo. also this photo(nominated for deletion) is only in wikipedia in internet.

""There is no metadata."": this is your most powerful arguement. because i cant really show metadata. this file is 5 year old and it moved to many place in multiple times(my english :/). so, it lost its metadata. BUT, at least, i can still reach its info

firstly, he used thatto show this nominated file is not from çimşit.
in that discussion he wrote ""serhat oğuz article is not good for Wikipedia:Notability. because there is no good sources about him"". but.. in that site(which he used it against nominated file) there is many sources about serhat oğuz? this is "contradiction". @Styyx Modern primat (talk) 13:28, 4 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: Despite the annoying discussion taking place in this nomination, I see no solid proof that the uploader *did not* take the photo. Lack of Exif data doesn't always mean "stolen" or "copyright violation" and this user has many other photos uploaded that haven't caused anyone concern - they're being used, they're all at the same quality level, and some lack EXIF. I've never been to Ankara, but, for all I know there are many areas of Ankara and perhaps this was indeed taken someplace in the rural area or countryside. So, keeping at this time due to lack of convincing proof that it is indeed a copyright violation. Next time ask for COM:VRT. Disagree with this closure? If one wishes to renominate this file, they are able to do so. This is my final decision on this nomination, so please do not take it to my talk page or ping me unless it’s technical issue.
