- @Y.haruo: I see no indication that this image was not taken by a Bollywood Hungama stringer, in India, and thus covered by the license permission. Reventtalk 10:19, 10 December 2016 (UTC)
- This photograph has been uploaded on Instant Bollywood on May 25 already. The photographs more than Bollywood Hungama's photographs were posted there. As for having taken this photograph, The sign to be a Bollywood Hungama stringer is not seen. see here.--Y.haruo (talk) 14:32, 10 December 2016 (UTC)
- @Y.haruo: This is not the claim that you previously made, but the Bollywood Hungama license excludes 'images copyrighted by other websites', and unfortunately they don't do a good job of making it clear. Since the image appears to have been provided to another website (there is no evidence of watermark removal here) we should probably indeed delete it to be safe. Unfortuately, we are basically stuck doing the best we can with BH images. Reventtalk 09:18, 11 December 2016 (UTC)
