The added information does not address the nomination at all. Even the Wikipedia article you linked to states: "but this is not the case for photo reproductions of three-dimensional art such as sculptures. Copyrights of the sculpture images therefore remain unclear.". I did not doubt the copyright situation of the painting, but somebody has taken the picture of this work in a 3D frame.
