The depicted cartoon/drawing is surely above COM:TOO and thereby copyrightable. Regrettably, in Japan there is no FoP exception for such works. So, this image violates the copyright of the drawing artist. -- Túrelio (talk) 07:32, 26 October 2021 (UTC)
