I would like to also volunteer doing various sysop chores such as clearing the backlogs of copyvios and other deletions. For the past month I have been frequently monitoring Special:Newimages and marking which files need {{Nsd}}, {{Nld}}, {{Copyvio}}, {{Delete}}, {{Flickrreview}}, etc. So it would also be nice to process the copyvio- and flickrreview-tagged immediately instead of contributing to the backlogs.
Another reason I am running for admin here is that I am well aware that there is a need for more sysops here.[1]. I am also concerned that as more Wikimedia projects disable their local uploads in favor of Commons [2], the backlogs are also going to increase even more.
I myself have been an admin on the English Wikipedia since 6 June 2005 (RFA discussion) and have also done similar sysop chores there in the past (I was even given a barnstar for helping to clear the deletion backlogs there [3]).
