Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

The deletion request is incomplete. 1st this is a cropped version of another image. And it is allowed to take pictures of famous (public) people without asking for permission. See also ther pictures of people. You might add a Personality rights template. I remove this deletion proposol. --Kungfuman (talk) 11:28, 5 October 2010 (UTC)

アップロードされた画像の使用許可申請のお願い

こんにちは。Procyon-studio さんがアップロードされた File:Profile mitsuda.jpg に対し、上記の通り削除依頼が出ておりますが、理由は「光田氏のサイトにある画像をコピーしたものであるため」とされています。ユーザ名から判断するに、Procyon-studio さんはプロキオン・スタジオの関係者の方の可能性もありますし、サイトには「※"Our Millennial Fair" approve to upload the above photograph of Yasunori Mitsuda to Wikimedia commons.」という注記があるため問題ないようにも思えますが、削除依頼では「念のため OTRS で確認すべき」という流れになっています。ついては、画像の権利者へ画像の使用申請をお送りいただくことが必要になりますので、お手数ですがご協力ください。先方からメールで画像使用許可が届き、それを OTRS に報告していただければ、画像は問題なく使用可能となります。手順の詳細については Commons:OTRS/ja をお読みください。なお、コモンズにアップロードする画像は、コモンズやウィキペディアでのみ使用を許可するというものは受け入れられず、「CC-BY-SA-3.0 ライセンスで使用可能である」ことが必須となります。すなわち、このライセンスの下で誰でも自由に（改変・商用利用を含め）利用できることが掲載の条件となりますので、この点を必ず先方が了解していただいた上で使用許可を得るようにしてください。よろしくお願いします。Yasu (talk) 15:40, 5 November 2010 (UTC)

さっそく手続きをお取りくださったようでありがとうございます。上の発言に一点訂正ですが、画像のライセンスは必ずしも「CC-BY-SA-3.0」でなくとも構いません。Profile mitsuda.jpg は現在「CC-BY-3.0」となっているようですが、「CC-BY-SA」よりも「CC-BY」のほうが利用者にとって制限の少ないライセンスですので、そのまま読み替えていただいても大丈夫です。いずれにしてもコモンズで受け入れ可能なライセンスであれば問題はありません。改めまして、ご協力ありがとうございました。Yasu (talk) 14:56, 6 November 2010 (UTC)
