[edit]Hi Marchjuly, thank you so much for asking my opinion.
The photo was taken by me in my studio. I am the photographer. I already made announcement on photo description. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nyiminsan (talk • contribs) 16:02, 2 January 2021 (UTC)
- The photo can be seen used by two different Facebook accounts prior to its upload to Commons. Facebook’s general licensing isn’t compatible with COM:L; so, the license you uploaded this file to Commons under should be verified by Commons OTRS. Please read COM:OTRS#Licensing images: when do I contact OTRS? and follow the instructions there. — Marchjuly (talk) 20:22, 2 January 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Dear Marchjuly,
Thank you so much for asking my opinion. I am the photographer of this photograph and it's also used by her and used in some media I give permission to use them as well. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nyiminsan (talk • contribs) 16:04, 2 January 2021 (UTC)
- If that’s the case, you should follow the instructions in COM:OTRS#Licensing images: when do I contact OTRS? and send a COM:CONSENT email to Commons OTRS for verification purposes. Not only does the photo appear to be a crop of another photo, the uncropped version can be seen used other places online prior to it being uploaded to Commons and the licensing of these websites doesn’t seem compatible with COM:L. Emailing OTRS and explaining what you’ve explained above will make it clear that the photo is your own work and that you intended to release at least this version of it under a free license accepted by Commons. — Marchjuly (talk) 20:17, 2 January 2021 (UTC)
