You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Especificação geográfica

1 De fato, para o Brasil a especificação de Estado pode ser desnecessária, visto que não há dois municipios com o mesmo nome.

1.1 Em outros países isto é necessário pois é comum haver duas, três ou mais cidades com o mesmo nome (e.g. nos EE.UU.A. em que há 16 Paris e algumas New Paris).

2 Contudo o nome do país é necessário para já eliminar homonimos.
