Description

A prototype tool for moving stuff from Flickr to Wiki Commons. This is similar to https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:OAuthListConsumers/view/93c00737dbbb54c87d3f9184ff4f52db and https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:OAuthListConsumers/view/57ab9297938c195e5835fc821950132f, but with additional grants for uploading files which is a key part of the tool – based on some google searches, it sounds like I want both of these grants. (If there's a way to modify the grants assigned to an existing application, that would be much easier! I couldn't find a way to do that, so please let me know if there is.) I'm going to be the only user of this tool as it's just for prototyping, but I want to be able to test the usual authorization flow with it.
