Deutsch: Südostansicht der Canisiuskirche im 9. Wiener Gemeindebezirk Alsergrund.
Die Kirche wurde anlässlich dem 300. Todestag (1897) des heiligen Petrus Canisius - Hofprediger und Bischofsvikar von Wien - nach Plänen von Gustav Ritter von Neumann in neuromanischem Stil errichtet und am 18. Oktober 1903 geweiht. Die beiden Türme haben eine Höhe von 85 Meter. |
